- Regional meeting of regional stakeholders, legislators, and interested parties focused on collaboration, increasing and initiating chemical health insight, priorities and funding
- Comprehensive Feasibility Study incorporating specific programs and services
Phase Three
June 1, 2008 to August 30, 2008

- Site and Facility Analysis
- Operating and Facility Budgets
- Long-term Funding Plan
- Complete Comprehensive Feasibility Study
- Draft Project Plan (August 31, 2008)

- Reports of site and facility analysis, operating and facility budgets, long-term funding plan
- Comprehensive Feasibility Study incorporating site and facility updates
- Arrange GLLATP meetings with legislators
Phase Four
September 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009
Objectives
- Project Plan to Legislature on or before September 30, 2008
- Next Steps defined by GLLATP, contract amended to include objectives & deliverables
- Final Status Report to State on or before June 30, 2009

- Project Plan, contract amendment, review project and define necessary actions
- Re-evaluate progress and determine Scope of Work for 2008-2009
