By 11:00 a.m. at Norway Beach picnic grounds, volunteers were already hard at work setting up tables, chairs, and food. It was a beautiful sight from under the shade of the trees, with beautiful blue waters out front and a nice breeze coming off of the lake. It turned out to be an excellent day after all.

Tom Cloud's Catering Services cooked up our tasty BBQ lunch again this year. As the smoke from his cooker drifted through the area all we could think of was the hot brats, hotdogs and hamburgers Tom was cooking. By 1:00 p.m. over two hundred employees and guests had been served and more were coming.

Boat rides, bingo games, and door prize drawings kept the fun going. The MC and a few brave singers from the crowd provided the additional entertainment.

Employees helped with organizing, security, medical assistance, grounds cleaning, set up, food service, games, registration and awards. Again like last year, the response for volunteers was excellent and we send out a huge "Thank You" to all those individuals.
