Mission Statement
To provide quality outreach health care services and health promotion/disease prevention services to American Indians and Alaskan Natives within their communities through the use of well-trained community health representatives.

CHR Staff: Program Director - Melanie Harper. Drivers: Judith Wilson, Terri Thompson, Lacy Johnson, Barb Kannas, Bob Jenkins, Bob White, Lyman White, Russell White, Larry Hardy, and Doug Day.

We provide home health aid services such as housecleaning, personal grooming, recording vital signs, and respite care services. We provide medical transportation service to and from medical appointments.

    Priority List:
  • 1.Elders
  • 2.Diabetic/Dialysis
  • 3. Heart/cancer patients
  • 4. Handicapped
  • 5. The rest of the population
