To provide quality outreach services to our Native American people. 

Priority 1; Preventive Health Care provides transportation for the Elderly which will ensure they fulfill their medical appointments and to promote the importance of seeing their physician on a regular basis.

Priority 2: Home Health Care is a service that provides home visit to the Elderly.  CHR’s assist the Elders with medication, dressing changes, vitals, housecleaning and personal care.

Priority 3: Socialization for Elders.  This service helps to keep the Elderly active mentally and physically.   The CHR's provide transportation for: shopping, visiting a sick relative, and attending social events, to local communities to for personal business.  A recent study reveals that the Elderly who are active on an average live 2-3 years longer that reclusive Elders.
