The Leech Lake Health Division Wishes to take this opportunity to invite you to sponsor a booth at this year's Health Fair. Last year over 500 people attended the fair and there were around 45 booths.

The primary goal of this event is to increase public awareness of health and wellness trhough healthy lifestyles and disease prevention. We also believe it is important to increase the amount of American Indian Health Professionals by increasing awareness of the education and career opportunities that exist.

The Health Fair will feature your exhibits, local entertainment, & a complimentary lunch

• Each exhibit should display one or all of the following:

1. An educational or service theme relating to health promotion, disease prevention or recruitment of health professionals.
2. Activities such as interactive demonstrations, surveys, games or working displays to promote visitor participation.
3. Educational handouts, brochures, or samples of health products that your agency or service provides.

Awards will be given for best exhibits to be judged by health fair participants

1st Place: Plaque and $75 Tutto Bene Gift Certificate
2nd Place: $50 Beyond Juice Gift Certificate
3rd Place: $25 Subway Gift Certificate

• Doors will be open at 9:00 a.m. for exhibitors to set up
